The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) has several programs open for international high school students to study in the U.S for a year or 3-4 weeks and American high school students to do the same in other countries (also providing fully funded merit-based scholarships). Below are some programs with upcoming deadlines:
